Balcones Council Listserv
This is an email listserv whose purpose is to distribute information to interested parties, and also serves as a discussion forum.

Trading Post
To Place a Trading post order for t-shirts, uniforms and other fun stuff pick up a catalog at the
1. Download the trading post order form from the forms section of the Camp Fire USA Balcones Council website.
2. Send an email to tradingpost@campfireusabalcones.org with all the information from the order form. Please include the best way to contact you once your order is ready. If you want it shipped directly to your house instead of picking it up in the office, please indicate that in the original email. You will be charged shipping & handling if your order is mailed to you.
3. You will receive an email from Amy Ott when your order has been filled and is mailed or ready for pickup.
After your order is ready for pickup:
Please call the office and let us know when you will be picking it up so we can expedite the pick up process. Please indicate your preferred method of payment at this time.
You will have an invoice in your bag when you pick up your order.
We have 3 convenient ways to pay:
* Check made out to
* Cash using exact change
* Visa or MasterCard.

Equipment Rental
Camping equipment is available for rental. There is a small fee for equipment maintenance Weekend and week long rates apply. Please call no more than 2 weeks and no less than 48 hours before a trip to reserve equipment. You may make a reservation by calling the Camp Fire Office.
